Cancelation and No-Show Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect all clients’ time, please review our updated cancellation and no-show policy
Credit Card Requirement
When scheduling your appointment, you will be required to provide credit card information. This is used solely to enforce our cancellation and no-show policies.
Late Arrivals
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be applied.
Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up without prior notice will result in additional charges. Please contact us if you have any questions or need to reschedule.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur. In such cases, please inform us immediately, and we will review the circumstances to potentially waive or adjust the fee at our discretion.
